I am a state certified Special Education Teacher offering full-time in-home childcare. I hold a current BCI/FBI check and certified in CPR/First Aid, Health and Safety. I can care for any age group, infants, toddlers, preschool children, and children with special needs. I will provide daily educational activities, kindergarten readiness, homework help/tutoring, art projects, and outside activities. The advantages of my in-home daycare are providing a home-like environment, and there would be a closer teacher to child bond; therefore your child would get individualized attention. My teaching philosophy is teaching children is more than just fun, it’s truly rewarding. There are so many things to learn...manners, hygiene, letters, and colors, how the world works. Each stage of learning brings children another step closer to learning to live independently in their world. My mission is to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate at home environment for every child. My focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. My goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners.
