I am currently 23 years old, earning my degree in Child Psychology at Whittier College. I have experience with children at local elementary schools as it pertains to my major and experience with childcare. I am available full-time this summer from now until September and for last minute sitting jobs. I have 9 years of experience in childcare mainly caring for my nieces and nephew growing up whom are now ages 6, 10 and 17. I feel comfortable with any age and gender because of my diversified experience with age and gender. I do not have any children of my own, but I am a pet owner of a kitten and am okay with any pets in the household. I would prefer to go to your home in order to maintain a stable environment for your child. My philosophy on childcare is to engage in quality interaction with the child at all times. This means that I will have a routine schedule of activities to take part in with your child on a daily basis. Activities might include playing at the park, doing yoga, reading books, drawing, writting, homework and eating healthy snacks and meals.
