Sitter Job in Fredericksburg, Virginia

I am looking for a fun, loving, attentive, affordable, and consistent sitter who will take very good care of and play/interact with my 1 year old daughter. I need a sitter currently on Tuesday/Thursday and sometimes Saturday between the hours of 5am-11pm. I don't need childcare all of those hours but a variation of those hours. Experience is preferred however I am willing to train the right person as well as pay for CPR/First Aid Training if the right candidate responds. I am looking to pay either $5 an hour or $50 per session/day. Somedays I will need a sitter for 5 hours or less and others up to 14 hours. I prefer the person comes to my home, but if they live near me then I would consider that as well. I might switch my days or they could vary in the future as the nature of my job is that way, but I would know in advance. I am looking for someone who is flexible in their availability.
