Hi! My name is Yolanda Maciorski. I have been teaching preschool for 26 years. Currently, I have chosen to leave my secure corporate job to seek a work environment that establishes a more personal relationship between the families and myself. I would love to share my early childhood knowledge with your child/children. My approach is using a combination of philosophies that enhance social/emotional, intellectual, and physical growth in a child's development. An average day with me would include the following:self-help skills, building vocabulary and basic preschool readiness, hands-on activities, seasonal arts & crafts, fine motor and large motor exercises, and nature walks. Library field trips can be included since I have my own transportation. Also, I love pets! I wholeheartedly believe that children are better prepared when they have had mentors.
