I am an easy going lady who enjoys spending time with children, encouraging new activities, and watching them grow into young, well rounded people that are prepared to make their place in this world. I believe structure is important and teaches them schedules and priorities. Free time comes along side that with making choices and choosing what they are interested in learning. Encouraging children in gross motor and fine motor skills helps make them well rounded and gives them hands on opportunities. Children learn by listening, doing, conversing, trying and failing, and being encouraged and lifted up by the adults in their lives. I have a flexible schedule that allows for before and after school care as well as in home care.
