I'm Shelby Bergsma. i have a full experience with children from newborns to any age. I love to be around children, to play with them, teach them, learn things from them, etc. i have been babysitting, helping with children pretty much since i was 10. i used to help my family members with their babies, watch them for a period of time. as i got older and got to the suitable age to be left alone, i used to watch kids over night amounts ranged from one to 5 at an time. and as of now, i sometimes babysit for my friends who has newborns to 8 year old, a lot when ever they ask. they even sometimes come over to my house to spend the nights. I love to take care of kids, take them outside to the park, fairs, anywhere that is suitable for kids and just have fun. I also know how to cook and make light healthy and balanced meals either from scratch or from whats already made, suitable for kids. i am also willing to drive the kids anyplace if asked, anywhere from the doctors to the parks to meeting you if needed. (i have done this for another parent before with no issues) although if it is a quite bit a distance like 30 minutes or above i would need alittle gas money provided. i am also willing to do over night or weekend if needed and asked. (preferably ahead of time, but if it was an last minute request for an emergency or work or whatever like that, i am more than happy to do it) i am willing to do chores for you if asked, it cant just be expected, if i am asked when hired, or when i come in to work, i will willing do it. i know american sign language and am fluent in it. i am an outdoorsy person, from hiking to fishing to boating, and camping. i am also attending SVC to become an early childhood education teacher and eventually an special ed teacher as well. if you have ANY question, please contact anytime through my contact information, i have a phone that is text only. if its a calling situation please let me know and i ll pm you my calling number.
