Carmen was a nanny for my 20month old from the time he was 8 weeks old up until she left Nashville about a month ago. She loved my little boy as her own and was always very engaging with him throughout their day together. She is kind, playful, loving, and energetic. She always allowed my little one to play as he wished and went along with his directed play whether that was water guns or playing outside or coloring or peek-a-boo. Some days I know the house had to be a devastation area, but Carmen was always kind enough to tidy up for me before I arrived home. In this way, she was not only a wonderful companion for my child during the day but also very considerate of our home and making sure that everything found it’s place before I walked in the door. Carmen is a fantastic person, and you’d be blessed to invite her to get to know, care for, and love your little one(s).

I have had the pleasure of working with Carmen S. in two different settings and would highly recommend her for any job. I am also a mother, and Carmen is one of the only people aside from family I would entrust with the responsibility of watching my baby. She is trustworthy and has an excellent attention to detail, as well as on-the-spot problem solving that has always impressed me. I cannot recommend her enough.

Carmen Smith is a very dedicated child care provider. She not only makes sure the child/children are enjoying themselves to the fullest but has a deep desire to have them learn while doing so. Carmen is on time and a hard worker. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide a safe space for children to learn and be who they want to be. I cannot recommend Carmen Smith more!
