Hello! 👋🏼👋🏽👋🏾👋🏿 My family just moved to Highland Park near the BCBS Healthy Place park and I am offering childcare for 1-2 children 3-5 days a week. I have an almost 2 year old daughter (February 8th) who would be tagging along and am looking for kiddos similar in age. This would be a great fit for a family who wants their child to learn, grow, and play alongside other children with more undivided attention, but minus heightened germs that childcare settings can often bring. If we could set up a nanny share situation, this could even cut the cost of childcare for everyone! I am happy to host in my home or even rotate between homes based on preference and need. A little about me: I have a bachelors in Early Childhood Education, am a former 2nd grade teacher, was a substitute teacher at a Montessori school, nannied for 8 years, taught kindergarten at a Reggio Emilia preschool, was a certified infant teacher, have experience with twins and multiples, and am CPR/First Aid certified, vaccinated. Becoming a mom by far has been my greatest experience in all my years of teaching and childcare, and I know just how precious our littles ones are, so it’s my hope to provide a fun, loving, and engaging environment for a couple other kiddos so that you can work without the stress or worry about who’s taking care of your baby. I love taking my daughter to the zoo, park, pool, library, hiking, museums, aquarium, getting outside daily, as well as doing arts & crafts and educational activities during the day.
