At Creative Lil Minds, I strive to challenge your child with play based activities that foster cognitive, physical and social development as well as individual growth in a small group setting. My name is Nikoletta Halasz and as a mother of a 4 year old beautiful daughter, I understand the need for parents to find someone reliable they can trust with their child. Making both you and your child at ease is my goal and treating your child as if they were a part of my family is important to me. I want everyone to feel as if my home is their home away from home. I am a Licensed Paralegal by profession, however I wanted to spend more time with my daughter. I volunteered at a daycare during my university years and loved being surrounded by the children and their awesome energy. I have several years of babysitting experience as well, varying from infants to school aged children and am First Aid & CPR certified. We have a lovely smoke free home on about an acre with lots of room to play! We have a room dedicated to toys for indoor play and a quiet spare room for naps. Nutrition is very important for Creative Lil Minds to flourish and you can be assured that a variety of nutritious food will be served daily according to Canada's Food Guide recommendations. I am located in Garden Hill on County Rd. 10 just a minute north of Ganaraska Rd./Hwy 9 and offer before & after school care as well full day care. Bus stop pickup to both North Hope Central Public School in town and Port Hope schools are available in front of my home.
