I am a young woman looking for a positive and lively family to work for! I have three years of paid childcare experience, and come from a large family where I've been required to be a responsible older sister all my life. Child care is almost second nature to me! As well as this, I also have experience in leadership positions that require me to be calm during what would be perceived are "high-stress" situations. I am incredibly patient, though firm when I need to be. I'm very passionate and have a strong work ethic, always taking the satisfaction of my employers into consideration. I am also very creatively-minded and love the outdoors, and having no difficultly find enriching and educational activities for kids when they're in my care. I'm very flexible when it comes to hours, and I'm always willing to make time whenever help is needed- even in the short-term.
