Adult supervision for 12 year old son, who had surgery 5/1/15 and is recovering at home daily. Is mobile, uses crutches and wheelchair for minimal use on hips, no lifting or bathroom help needed, some lunch preparation possibly. Mainly need supervision on days I'd have to be out of home for extended period of time beyond 3-4 hours.
