I am looking for someone I can invest in, to run their own in home daycare. I am looking for a female with childcare experience who is interested in being licensed, certified and you will have complete control of ALL business functions, AKA work for yourself. I will pay for ALL expenses and operating cost and I will also take care off ALL state required paperwork and applications. In a nutshell, I want you to have COMPLETE control over ALL business operations, management, and ownership but I will pay for it all, including all required childcare equipment, cribs, highchairs, toys, ect.. MUST HAVE Clean background check Your own home Childcare experience Very personable My sister owns and operates her daycare in Annandale, VA, and has done very well. Ideally, after an interview of course, I would like for you to do a walk through with her and get the general layout and recreate that in your environment. You would completely OWN the business and be compensated VERY well. We would hire employees to help with the ratio of children to care givers and after licenses, can have up to 12 children, that is, if you want that many. For the first few months it would be more in he ball park of 5-7 until we can get the zoning board to approve 12, which i will take care of from start to finish. My family and I have been in the childcare business for many years and have a lot of parents looking to work with us but state law only allows 12 children. So to accommodate them, we want to sponsor you, but use all of our resources, connections, and experience.
