Sitter Job in Mesa, Arizona

Hi I am a mom of 3 and needing childcare. My 3 wonderful children have never been in daycare or watched by anyone other then close family so im very nervous to be putting them in the hands of strangers. My mom used to watch them for me but sadly she passed away then my husband was a stay at home dad but that didn't work so well for financial reasons. So we are looking for some to watch our babies Krislynn 8years Benjeman 4years and Ashlynn 8 months 4-5 days a week from about 445-5am to 3-4pm Monday through Friday. We would like for the babysitter to be CPR cert for infants and children/ finger print clearanced/ willing to do a background check. There are just to many horror stories out there and like I said im already nervous. Due to finical hardship I am very limited on what I can afford. I would like to find someone in between mesa dr and recker and McDowell and brown or university preferred.
