Sitter Job in Traverse City, Michigan

My wife and I are both employees at Munson Hosptial, and for the first few weeks starting July 10, we will both be working days. After that she will be moving to nights. In the meantime, we need some help at least a few days a week with watching our 6 year old daughter. After the first few weeks, we may still be looking for someone on occasion when day/night shifts overlap for us. Our daughter is a very bright and articulate 6 year old. She is mostly very well behaved and is often content to sit and entertain herself with electronics or games or toys, but every child loves to get attention and be engaged with. When the weather is nice she loves to play outside, especially at a playground. When inside, she loves playing board games, play-doh, and many other activities. She is already a fairly accomplished reader, and we would love someone that would be willing to continue to work on her with that. We have a small dog who is very friendly and if you are watching our daughter, it'd be great if you wouldn't mind keeping an eye on the dog as well. If not, we can keep her kenneled.
