For adult or child. Previous experience caring for/living with and transporting an Alzheimer's patient throughout most of 2015. Also caring for ill family members for several years. Caring almost daily for 3 children at a young age (from 5th grade through first semester of college) along with multiple other babysitting jobs. I have 2 children of my own who are now adults, a 6 year old grandchild who is a new addition to our family and a grandchild due at the end of this year. 24 nieces and nephews, and several great nieces/nephews. In the past I have also held Housekeeping jobs, managed a store for 10 years, acted as a Library Director for 2 Libraries for 13 years, and prior to the Library position worked as a Unit Secretary in a Nursing Home until I became pregnant with my daughter. While on Mission Trips I worked briefly in 2 Orphanages and served on a medical team as a certified Phlebotomist in Tijuana, Mexico and Thailand. This summer I have been employed part-time and seasonal as a packer for a moving company. I'm currently searching for a position in the child care area or home healthcare/errand area. I do not have any problems with pets, as I too have several cats/dogs, a horse and a Chicken farm. I have been married for 25 years.. I attend Church weekly. My hobbies include, but are not limited to, half-marathons, bike riding, kayaking, photography, nature, reading, health enthusiast, gardening, small animal care and crafting. I am extremely reliable, dependable, attentive and focused and take great care of whomever I am given to care for. Thank you for your consideration.
