Sitter Job in Richmond, Virginia

My husband and I are looking for a nanny every other week 4 days a week approximately 3-6 hours a day to come to our home and keep our 10 month old and possibly get our 11 & 8 yr old off the bus. More importantly, we are looking for someone who will treat our kids as if they were yours, give them love and attention while we have to work, and be flexible and dependability is a MUST. We are looking for someone to grow with our family.
