Hi, I'm Monica! I'm a recent graduate from Indiana University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Language Arts. I have also recently earned my Indiana Teaching License (General Education K-6) with a reading endorsement. I have been around kids my entire life as my mother runs a daycare in our home and I have had many babysitting jobs since the age of 14. I have also worked in my church nursery for a few years. While at school, I have worked for the Focus Research Team, MCCSC in their school-age care program, and Compass Early Learning Center. I also volunteered in a Kindergarten classroom and also had a 4th-grade literacy student. I have grown up working with children my entire life and plan to continue to do so for the rest of my life. I am currently searching for a full-time position.
