Hello! My name is Carla, and I have been working with children for about 6 years. Like most teens, I babysat through high school. I began working as a Summer Camp Aide with Encore Stage & Studio in 2010, and have been working with Encore since, as both an aide and a dance teacher. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which landed me a job at Evolve All Training Center as Co-Director of their After School Program, working with children ranging from ages 5-15 on homework, martial arts, and everything in between! Since then, I have become a regular babysitter for many families in Arlington and Alexandria, VA, working closely with children from the ages of 1-year-old-16 years old.
