Hello! I have been a middle school teacher assistant in Spanish public schools to help middle school students learn how to speak English. I have also volunteered at an East Harlem middle school and tutored middle school students. Moreover, I have been a counselor for a summer camp for children with disabilities in Colorado and in Barcelona, Spain. At the same time, I also have 1 year of experience in babysitting. Thus, I have interacted extensively with kids, which is why I know I love being a babysitter! During all of these activities, I have become increasingly comfortable working with kids and love doing anything that makes them smile! On a side note, I have taken care of my younger sister from the moment she was born, which also gives me a lot experience with little toddlers! I am comfortable taking care of children of all ages. I am currently 17 years old, but almost 18, and heading off to college in the fall! At the moment, I am looking for a summer job in New York City. I will be available starting May 12th until the beginning of June. I am completely flexible to each person's needs and can babysit ANY HOURS of the day. I will also be back in the city starting in September and will be available during the afternoons for the rest of the year. I am comfortable preparing light meals, taking care of the house, cleaning after kids, running errands, picking up kids from school or dropping them off, taking care of laundry and entertaining children with books and art crafts!
