Serena treats every child as if they are her own. She works hard to get to know each child, what they like, and how they can be most comfortable in her care and away from their parents. I have worked with Serena for over 5 years and have watched her handle hurt and sick children, children missing their parents, and children who are just having a bad day with grace and expertise. Some of Serena's strengths are her calming presence, her work ethic, and her responsiveness to parent and child concerns.
