Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile. Having been in the care giving field for just over seven (7) years, I consider myself to be a well-experienced Nanny who is punctual, thorough, responsible and caring. My genuine love for children and their positive development and upbringing makes this job as easy as pie (and speaking of pie, I've got some great pie recipes that your little ones will find irresistible!- sugar free, of course... lol) I have been employed in both live in and live out situations and I have no difficulty with early morning/late night/weekend hours. My child care experience includes newborns, infants, toddlers and young children as well as their older siblings. My CPR and First Aid training has been re-certified and I am also have formal self defense training. I am able to assist young and/or first time mothers with all aspects of early care (eg breastfeeding, lactation issues and transitioning babies to an E. A. S. Y [Eat, Activity, Sleep and You] daily schedule and I verily believe that my vast wealth of knowledge makes me the perfect candidate to ensure a child's proper early care and their parents' peace of mind. Having worked with children of various ages, my days are not the same, but typically they all involve grooming, food preparation, some form of activity (strolls/tummy time activities for young babies and park/playground/playgroup activities for older toddlers), light housekeeping, intermittent updates to parents, bathing, reading and putting little ones to bed. I am an avid reader, love singing to little ones and enjoy teaching through movement, games and songs. I am honest, compassionate, kind and very helpful. I'm very active so soccer games in Central Park or basketball in Riverside Park are all in a day's work insofar as your children's desire goes. Sounds too good to be true? Of course not! Great nannies DO EXIST and you just found one of em right here!
