Hi there, I am going to give u a run down of my qualifications for taking care of lil ones to just being there for supervision at the teenage area... well at a very early age I new that I would be working with and around children. In my preteens and teens I helped my mom run her daycare of baby's (3 months to year) and young children from age 1 and up to 13 years of age. At one time we could have 3 lil one's and have the older kids all at one time. So organization was key. Thru my teenage years I did babysitting I was lucky enough to be part with my parents to be a foster family As a foster family it caused me to be the olderest and get more responsible. We did relief care generally with babies and toddler's and my mom would put me in charge with feedings and diaper changes. Also thru high school I did an Co operative program with multiple grades at a school, I was put in charge of a group of 5 kids all with different learning and pysical difficulties. After high school I went to Sir Sandford Fleming and completed my Personal Support Worker were I worked at 2 different homes. I realized while taking care of seniors that children were my passion.
