Sitter in Brookline, Massachusetts

Emma Parish is an extremely hard-working, dedicated, and competent person. She has extensive babysitting experience (often of several children at a time of all different ages) and I would highly recommend her for any babysitting position.

I have known Emma for about 20 years, as we went to school for 13 years together (K-12) and are currently as roommates in Brookline. In addition to knowing Emma through our shared sports and musicals, I worked with her as a swim instructor for four years at a summer recreation program, where we supervised and taught children both in and out of the pool. Emma is an incredibly responsible person, and was able to teach over such a broad spectrum that she would be entrusted with the lessons containing kids of various ages and swimming experience. She's very organized, from her pulling together lesson plans and swim meets, to her now balancing both a job and a graduate student at Boston College. Despite her schedule, she is an extremely easy person to depend on and schedule plans with, and still manages to fit in teaching her roommates (including myself) how to cook. Overall, I believe that Emma would be an excellent babysitter, and I highly recommend her.
