I am 24 years old and I have been caring for children since I was a young girl. Growing up as the youngest child, I have been the caretaker for my 14 nieces and nephews as well as my younger cousins after school and during breaks. From that, I have experience caring for multiple children with varying ages from newborn to teen years. In addition to caring for children in my family, I was a summer school teacher/instructor for ages 3-7 years at my church for their summer school program. I was responsible for providing age-appropriate lessons, activities and coordinating play and snack time. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education from Fayetteville State University. I have learned how to work with children in order to fulfill their needs in the best way possible. I have also learned how to be receptive to what children's needs based on their development and learning styles. Personally, I absolutely love children. I have been around them all my life and I know just how precious they are. I have learned a lot of patience and love working with kids. I realize that it takes a lot of trust for a parent to leave their child to the care of another person and I will work hard to provide the best care to your child/ren.
