Hello, my name is Miriam Ayala and I have 4 children: Alexa (7), Antara (6), Ania (4) and Ari Valentino (newborn). I recently stopped working and my current nanny has to leave in one or two months. I need someone half day (2:30-7:30) who can pick my girls up from school, drive them to after school activities, help with homework and just love and nurture them! Languages like mandarin and spanish are preferred, but english is also OK. I am also open to hiring a live in position. It would also be great if you can run errands once in a while, and help pick up play areas as well as keep closets organized. Provide a good example in important routine tasks, like manners during meal time, please and thank you always, etc. I believe that childhood is the most important time to form character, courtesy and important lifelong values. It is also a time where the basis of creation and interpretation of life meaning occurs. There is so much we can share of ourselves to create a better world through happy childhoods, this is what I want for my children so will appreciate someone who can share this vision. I also appreciate if you can be flexible, since I may need to ask for a bit more time one day in rare occasions. Someone who is creative, patient, responsible, fun, positive, helpful, organized and willing to give their best to the next generation. Last but not least, someone who can communicate well.
