Elaine is a reliable and dependable caregiver to our daughter and has become an integral part of our family over the last 3 years she has worked for us. She rarely asks for time off or calls in sick and is very judicious in her requests. She has cared for our daughter since she was a newborn and the level of care has been exceptional. She is fantastic with newborns and has seamlessly adapted to our daughter's needs as she's grown over the last 3 years. She has nurtured our daughter from a newborn to the vibrant and outgoing almost 3 year old she is today, and has respected our wishes on all parenting matters, including discipline, so that we present a united front to our daughter. Elaine has worked diligently with our daughter to achieve all of her developmental milestones, from sitting up to crawling to walking to potty training to learning her shapes, colors, numbers, ABCs. Elaine engages with our daughter constantly throughout the day, be it reading books, playing, or simply talking to her, and as a result, our daughter has developed quite the vocabulary. She also takes initiative to schedule play dates and identify age-appropriate and educational activities to keep her busy and her mind engaged. She was and is incredibly protective of our daughter and I know she views her as if she were her own child.

Elaine is an absolute gem of a nanny. She worked for us for over 4 years (from 2008-2012) and cared for our two children through ages 4.5 and 6 mos. She is truly exceptional at what she does, possessing an utmost professional demeanor balanced with a soft and loving approach. - LOVING: Elaine cared for our children as though they were her own. She truly loved them and they adored her. - ATTENTIVE: Elaine anticipated every need and patiently attended to both children. I often found her playing educational games with my 4.5 year old while feeding the 6 month old. - HARD WORKING: Elaine rarely sat! She took her job very seriously and ensured the kids are well cared for and the home was well kept. Even while the children napped, Elaine worked around the house and held herself to a standard well beyond anything we ever asked of her. - RELIABLE: In 4.5 years, Elaine took fewer than 3 sick days and was on time or early every day. - EXPERIENCED: With over 18 years experience, Elaine’s resume is made up of 5 long term positions demonstrating the fact that once a family finds her, they don’t let her go!
