Hello my name is Sierra! I am twenty years old. I have been taking care of children for years. I have seven month old daughter, and being a mother came absolutely natural to me! I am willing to take children of all ages. I can do and help you and your family with anything, laundry, cooking, cleaning, taking your children to any kind of appointment or sports practice, or any activity you have planned for them!
