I am a LPN and currently working casually for a homecare agency with pediatric clients, I would love to look after your kids on the days I am available. I am excellent with kids, I have a 5 year old niece that I helped raised and from time to time I watch over my cousin's kids and she has a 7 year old boy, 9 year old boy, and 3 teenage girls. I am CPR certified and as an LPN I have to renew that every year. I have worked with children of all ages, special needs children, I worked in a DHH school and with children that have complex medical needs. Kaylee is kind and patient with my kids. I have 5 children ranging in age from 7 to tween. She has been watching them all for several years now and treats them like family. Most of the time she watches them she likes to keep them engaged by playing card/board games, making something, colouring, reading or accepting a certain challenge by them. She even does homework with them. There have been several times where the kids have tried to test her and she's handled the situation very well. She usually arrives early, is quick to communicate any issues and asks questions.
