Hello! My name is Andrea Datta!! I am 19 years old and, I have always had a love for children! I have my assistant Child Care Certification as well as my Lead Child care Certification. I am skilled in many areas of child development, I am able to recongnize key signs in the development of a child. I also have many skills in positive guidance and positive reinforcement. I am a firm believer in natural consequences and providing a child with a leanring experience any chance I get! I am a fun, loving, nurturing and motivated young lady whom is very responsible. I am always up for a challenge especially when its from a child. My favorite thing about being in child care is watching a child bloom, being able to watch what they learn everyday and helping them learn new things. I love when I see the light in their eyes when they finally grasped the concept of a new idea. I love all ages of children, and I find each age to be as unique as the next!!
