My home is a Christian based household. I have worked at my past church daycare for a few years and watched many of my nieces/nephews. Getting to know the parents/parent/guardian of the child/children is important to get an understanding of their needs and expectations. I enjoy spending time with children who are in my care and forming a relationship with them. It is important to understand them by getting to know them individually.
