Hi there! I am Sharaya. I am in my second year of Child and Youth Care Practitioner (previously Child and Youth Worker). I am a caring and compassionate individual. I enjoy working with and caring for children. It is my passion! I have my G2 license and my own vehicle. I have my First Aid and CPR certification, Police Check with Vulnerable Clearance, updated immunization and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training. I have experience with children with mental and emotional struggles, learning disabilities and other challenges such as autism, non verbal, anger, ADHD, OCD, ODD and developmental delays to name a few. During my recent school placement I gained experience working in a Special Needs Classroom and a Structured Strategies Classroom as a Child and Youth Worker student.
