Sitter Job in Holland, Michigan

My name is Brittany, I have three daughters 8,6,2. I am a full time 3rd shift CNA. I am looking for a part time 3-day sitter who is willing to watch my children in my home while I get some sleep. It's been very difficult for me. I have a sitter but things aren't working out. I need someone who is willing to prepare breakfast (depending how early I need you), lunch, be crafty, fun, enjoys outdoors so the kids can ride bikes, play in pool, someone who can take the time to instruct my girls to clean up their messes when finished with something, etc. I need someone willing to come to an agreement on price. I'm not made of money. $20/hr is too much. Please be reasonable. Thank you.
