I'm 27 years old, with two nephews a girl of 10 years and a boy of 5 years with special needs, I was their nanny until I decide to move out. I pass the last 8 years help my brother in the take care of them. Part of my duties was prepared breakfast, snacks and dinner, play with them, home works, bath, change diapers, etc.
