Hi there! My name is Nina. I am currently a student at York University's Glendon Campus, finishing a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies with a minor in Sociology. I am studying French with hopes to become a French teacher after completing my studies. While teaching is a passion of mine, I have always loved providing child care, harbouring the abilities to not only care for children but to help them grow and learn, even through the simplest of means. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, starting off as a “mommy’s helper”, leading to overnight stays and taking the kids to the pool, movies etc. I have always loved children, and have a natural talent for the patience, empathy and kindness that it takes in order to be a good child-care provider. Along with providing babysitting services, I am definitely able to help out with any schoolwork/tutoring if needed in any subject including French! I am available for occasional sitting, as well weekly or more frequent services. I am available Fridays after noon, and anytime on weekends and Mondays. Tues-Thurs I have class, but can be flexible and would be available for occasional sitting during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any more information!
