My name is Reva. I am 24 and the oldest of three children. Growing up I would often babysit my younger siblings, cousins, and family friends. The summer of 2012 after my freshman year of college, I became a camp counselor at a sleep away camp. Myself along with 4 other counselors were responsible for approximately 65 campers. We had to provide 24hr supervision that included waking them up for the day, making sure they ate breakfast, engaging in the daily camp activities, and enforcing curfew. I was also one of the selected few that accompanied these campers on camp trips to both Canada and Lake Placid. For the next three summers, I was a day camp counselor at the YMCA. I was responsible for 10 campers aged 4-9. Although my degree is in psychology and I currently work in customer service, my passion is working with children. I plan on going back to school to get certified as a teacher.
