As a caregiver with children and young adults with special needs I have learned additional skills needed when working with all type of individuals. My goal is to help facilitate the everyday lives of children and young adults within the autism spectrum or typical children. I wish to expand my experience and continue to gain knowledge to succeed as personal caregiver for those with special needs. In addition, I wish to acquire skills which could be utilized for my ultimate goal of becoming an Occupational Therapist.
