I believe schedules and organization are helpful for most young children but am also flexible and encourage open communication with parents. I love working with children as they learn to communicate through conversation, reading books together and songs. I am active and enjoy exploring new places and helping children make new friends and arrange playdates. I am a happy and energetic nanny and genuinely enjoy the work that I do.
