LLOYDMINSTER INTERVAL HOME SOCIETY Non-Profit Organization August 2015 March 2016 I worked full time as a frontline crisis intervention worker. My duties included taking crisis calls, assessing crisis situations and the need for intervention, making referrals to community partners, crisis counselling and one-to-one support for women at the shelter. I also evaluated residential clients to determine where they fall on the transtheoretial model stages of change. Additionally, I performed safety planning and case planning with clients wherein I assisted clients to develop their goals for the future and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to identify high risk situations. FOCUS Non-Profit Organization January 2014 August 2014 I worked full time as a support worker for mentally and physically disabled individuals. I completed training courses in medication administration and compassion fatigue. My duties included taking disabled individuals on field trips and outings that involved them in the community, as well as home care aid and medication administration.
