My name is Sandy Corso. I seek a childcare position. I have cared for as many as 13 children (of course not all at one time) i.e. after school, for night meetings, weekends and overnights. The children's ages ranged from newborn to 13 years old. I enjoy being with children for playtime, meal preparation, reading, crafting, playing board games, and outside activities. I have been the Chairman of the Board for The Children's Adventure Center in Sandy Hook, Connecticut and served as a volunteer mentor for the Commission on Adult and Children Abuse in Danbury, Connecticut. I enjoy the company of children as they fill my "empty nest syndrome." I have raised my two children and been involved in the upbringing of two grandsons along with their father and my husband.
