After two years of working as a relationship banker at a local financial institution and careful consideration, my husband and I decided that I should stay home with our son. Now, I am starting an in-home child care service! I am offering child care from 5 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday, as well as on a scheduled "as needed" basis. We will use an in-home office as a "class room" with class starting promptly at 9 am. During our class time we will learn about a variety of things including the alphabet, numbers, colors, the calendar, days of the week, and the weather. In addition to this we will have weekly themes that will go along with our curriculum that we will read stories about during story time and do crafts around. After lunch children will have a scheduled nap time or "quiet" time. Blankets and pillows available, or they may bring their own. Additionally, there is a "play" room available for children to use during play time. My home is located near Wyandotte Elementary School, Faith Church, IU Health Arnett, and the new Public Library on the East side of Lafayette in Hawthorne Lakes subdivision. In our home we also have an alarm system that will remain "armed" through out the day until pick up time. FULL TIME, PART TIME, BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE OFFERED. "AS NEEDED" OPTION AVAILABLE AS WELL.
