Our situation is pretty unique. We don’t need childcare every week - we only need this during the times that my husband is out of town, which is about 2/3 of the year though. An example (which varies but we will know his schedule for the year in advance) would be need for childcare 2-3 weeks per month but then then other week (or two), he would be able to watch him/her.
