Genevive is a kind, intelligent, reliable, empathetic, knowledgeable and cheerful person. She is hard working, compassionate, and eager to learn as well as share from her own experiences whenever helpful. I was a new first-time mom, and Genevive's experience with children was extremely helpful to me. At the same time, while she was totally willing to help me navigate areas I didn't know, she was also incredibly respectful of my directions; she followed them assiduously. She absolutely never made me feel undermined in any way. I really can't say enough good things about Genevive. She also helped with housework, which was great- I love coming home to a clean, tidy home. She also liased with service providers (ie handymen, delivery people, etc) whenever needed. She is a gem!

Genevive Ladrillono worked as an au pair for my family from Fall 2016 through the beginning of 2018. Genevive is personable and honest, and has an outstanding work ethic.
