Baylee has been helping me with my boys, now 16 months and 3, for over a year. She is very responsible and reliable. The boys absolutely adore her! Baylee keeps the boys entertained and always safe. She is good with meal times and also bed time! I went to Haiti for a week and Baylee helped my husband with the boys while he was at work. They made Father's Day crafts and even a welcome home card!
