Emily is a high school student who works with children of all ages to excel in every way. She believes that health and safety always come first, as well as the encouragement of imagination and collaboration. Emily has worked with Dana's Dance Studio as an Assistant Instructor and also continually works with Woodland Park High School as the Head Lighting Technician of the theater department. She is a part of the National Honors Thespian Society and has been inducted as of 2015. Emily is pursuing her high school diploma at Woodland Park High School at the present time. She believe a great leader is someone who is willing to evolve as a result of their experiences. Emily is grateful that her involvement in performing arts through the theater program and dance classes encouraged her to become a more confident and a more outgoing individual. Additionally, Emily believes responsibility is a key characteristic of any occupation. Before her senior year, Emily would have described herself as responsible. However, after a traumatic family incident this summer, she now know a deeper level of the meaning of responsibility, and that adds heavy emphasis on the things she would like to accomplish.
