My name is Leo Fergeson. I'm 20 years and am originally from Oklahoma but moved to Colorado for a year and am now back to help with family. I am currently looking for a new family to work with after having to leave the one I had been working for in Boulder. I have two years experience working part time at a home daycare where I worked with kids ranging in age from 6 months to 9 years. I am proud to say that because of my rapport and the relationships I built with these kids, I frequently was asked to work with infants because I have the patience and energy to care for and enjoy being with. I also had the privilege of being selected to volunteer with the YWCA working with women and children of domestic abuse. My high school family and consumer science teacher recommended me for an outreach program primarily focusing on prevention in schools. I worked with a chapter that focused on safe dating and identifying abuse in relationships along with safe ways to help yourself or loved ones in abusive situations. I am an avid reader and a huge super hero enthusiast who would love to get to be a part of helping to take care of your special little kiddo’s. I love working with kids more than anything and am currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and Development with a minor in speech pathology.
