Hi my name is Latiqua but everyone calls me Mo'na. I'm a 25yr old nursing student. I come from a family of nurses, child care providers and DSP/ILC's (Direct Support Person/Independent Living Counselor) so I'v been in and around the child and health care field my entire life. I started as a volunteer at a home for children and adult with disabilities when I was 16yrs. I done every thing from child care in my home to working as DSP in a state facility, so I'm very well diverse. I think every child is unique and fascinating in their own way. I love watching children grow and learn, I would just like to be a part of their growth.

Latiqua is a hardworking individual, that is very kind and loving. When she lived in the South Suburbs she would baby sit my son who has down syndrome. She was very patient with him. She emphasized getting him out and active with other children of his age range and teaching him social skills. I strongly recommend her, especially if you have children with special needs because of her first aid and DSP training.
