Ralph has such a love and concern for children. He is very intentional about being a positive mentor and makes his decisions based off what would be best for the children under his care. He is very creative and energetic and never lacks for fun, interesting things to do. He is a great teacher and thrives from the educational value that he can add to a life. He is kind, yet disciplined in a loving way. As a mom of five, I know that when Ralph is around my kids are cared for and looked after well.

I have known Ralph B about 9 years. I have always found him to be very passionate about whatever he finds himself doing. I find that when I need somebody to rely on, Ralph B is the one I would choose. As long as I have known him he has always been a man of great character. He is very organized and prepared for what he does. At our church he always opens up our services with announcements, he organizes our meetings and he prepares our Powerpoint for our Worship Services, as well as participates in our Leadership meetings. He is a hard worker, an asset to our church, and more than that I find him to be a genuinely good person that we have grown to love and support.
