Hi everyone! My name is Lindsay - I am a 4th year (graduating December 2017) student at the University of Waterloo studying developmental psychology, English, education, and math. I am looking to babysit on a part-time basis (depending on your schedule!) as I am currently finishing my degree and also work a part-time tutoring job. I have been working with children for over a decade in various positions such as babysitting and nannying (10 years), swim instructing and lifeguarding (3 years), and tutoring (4 years). I have experience working with newborns, toddlers, young and older children as well as teenagers. Having worked with children for over ten years, I have grown comfortable working with all ages. As I have tutoring experience, I am able to provide homework help for all ages! In addition, I have 3 years experience as a swim instructor/lifeguard and would be more than happy to provide swim lessons and swimming supervision if desired. I am also CPR and Standard First Aid trained by both the Red Cross and Lifesaving Society. I am available Wednesday to Sunday for a wide range of hours depending on your schedule! In addition, I am able to travel around the Waterloo Region to areas such as Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Elmira, St. Jacobs, etc. My availability is as follows: - Wednesdays: 7:30am to 3pm - Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm - Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: All day! - Also available early mornings on Monday and Tuesday if needed! Above all, my passion is working with children and creating an environment for them which is fun, engaging, and enriching.
