Hi. I have 8 years of experience working with children. I've worked with kids ranging from infants-5 years of age. I currently work at Rainbow station as an assistant teacher in the older infant classroom. My responsibilities include taking care of a primary group of infants, changing diapers, serving prepared meals by the school cook, engaging in several learning activities (we focus on gross motor, fine motor, social, and cognitive skills), we hold parent teacher conferences, use an app to report to parents throughout the day about the child, and make lesson plans that we implement in the classroom. I really love what I do. Working with children is my dream job and I'm excited to see my kids everyday that I walk into work. I am hoping to assist parents with part time care or date/event nights. Iam currently in school to get a degree in child development so that I can continue to learn about children and perfect my craft.
