My name is Kara Kloss. I am a recent graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, having studied political science, Arabic, and gender studies. Now a resident of Davis, I am seeking work with children. I am very passionate about children's education, having tutored refugee children throughout my undergraduate career in addition to the 100 hours I volunteered at the Children's Museum in Erie, Pennsylvania. Most recently, as the president of the African Drumming and Dance club at my university, I volunteered at a middle school and provided musical instruction for the students. I have babysat children for ten years and never once have received a complaint from a parent. Furthermore, I come from a family of teachers who instilled in me a desire to teach and understand children. Considering that I just moved here, my schedule is completely flexible and ready to work in tandem with yours!
